In the Fall of each year the
students elect Student Council Representatives. Two girls and two
boys from each classroom are selected by their peers.
The mission of the council is to
continue to make Center School a safe environment in which all are
welcomed and included as part of the school community.
The Student Council holds monthly
meetings where they discuss activities. Some of these may include
spirit days, submarine sandwich sales, bake sales, and teacher
appreciation days. Members oversee the school store and read daily
announcements.
The council is a non-profit organization
and donates profits to special causes.
