A Fifth Grade Classroom

    The fifth grade teaching staff has accumulated more than 100 years of teaching experience. Among the fifth grade classrooms, a variety of teaching methods are used, including cooperative learning, thematic literature program and trade books, interactive math, small group and one-on-one instruction. Class time in fifth grade is varied depending on the team of teachers. Classes may switch between team members for instruction in specific subject areas.
