Windham Center School
Registration Information
Stop by Center School to pick up all the forms necessary to register your
child. The following is a list of mandatory documents needed to register a
student at Windham Center School:
- Copy of student's birth certificate
- Copy of student's immunization record
- Copy of parent's drivers license showing their Windham address (a must)
- Copy of another form of ID showing their Windham address (piece of mail;
purchase and sale of house or a resident form from town hall)
