Literacy Success

  Literacy Success is an intervention-tutoring program offered to students who
would benefit from additional direct instruction in reading and/or math.

  In a small group setting, certified teachers reinforce and supplement the regular
classroom instruction. Selection for this program is determined by teacher
recommendation, classroom assessments and/or standardized testing.

  Literacy Success focuses on the development of strategies to problem solve
in both reading and math. Our main goal is to develop student confidence,
which leads to an improvement in self-esteem thus creating an independent learner.

  Parental involvement is an important component of our program. Literacy
Success is designed to be an interactive resource for the student, the
classroom teacher, and parents.
