Registration Information and Forms 

Kindergarten Registration Update -- December 23, 2011

The Windham School District will introduce a new online process for collecting student demographic data in early March. This is a new development and a change from the information provided in the community press release.

In order to begin the initial registration process, and to make your AM/PM kindergarten preference selection, you will be asked to complete two short forms.

In the upcoming months, you will receive instructions for completing the registration process. You will be contacted via email when forms are available; therefore, it is important that you provide a valid email address.

First Grade Registration Update -- December 23, 2011

The 2012-2013 Registration Forms for Kindergarten and First Grade are below.

To be eligible for kindergarten, children must be
5 years old by September 30, 2012

To be eligible for first grade, children must be
6 years old by September 30, 2012

The following three (3) items must be brought to the Golden Brook School office. We will accept these forms Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. These items will be copied and returned to you at that time.

1. Original Birth Certificate with raised seal (no other document will be accepted).
2. Windham, New Hampshire Driver's License
3. Recent utility bill with Windham street address

Please print the PDF form if you would like to fill in by hand and either drop off or mail your registration form to the school.
