PUBLIC SESSION

1.  Opening – 15 minutes

The Superintendent will have a sign up sheet for anyone who wishes to speak to the Board. There will be a 3 minute time limit.  The School Board will not respond to the presentation, but will take it under advisement.  School Board may wish to respond to issues raised that are germane to agenda items or under other business items.

2.   WMS/WHS Goals and Objectives 2010-11 – 20 minutes

Amanda Lecaroz, Middle and Secondary Schools, will make an overview presentation of the goals and objectives and the initiatives that support them, and the means by which they will be evaluated. Dan Moulis and Tom Murphy will also be on hand to provide detail and elaboration.

3. Policy Template Overview– 15 minutes

Amanda Lecaroz and Tina McCoy, director of Student Services, will make an overview presentation of the various policies that need to be reviewed, developed and/ or updated on a priority basis for the 10-11 academic year.

4. Windham High School Handbook Adoption- 10 minutes

Tom Murphy, WHS Principal and Tom Burke, WHS Assistant Principal will make a presentation of the revised student handbook for the 10-11 school year at Windham High School.

5. Superintendent Remarks- 15 minutes

                  a.  Status regarding Center School, Kori Becht, Principal

                  b.  Nomination of Dan Moulis, for Principal Windham Middle School

        c.  Per diem assignment of Brenda Morrow, WMS Assistant Principal (position posted)

                  d.  Upcoming Presentations to Board

                  e.  Committee Updates

6. Pelham School Board Letter – 10 minutes

WSB will discuss letter from Pelham School Board concerning possible tuition arrangements between the two school districts

7. CIP – 10 minutes

Donna will provide and overview and discussion of the CIP considerations as well as an update on the organizational meeting held last week.

8.  Budget and Finance Overview – 10 minutes
