Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence 4. Public Address to the Windham School Board The Superintendent will have a sign up sheet for anyone who wishes to speak to the Board. There will be a 3 minute time limit. The School Board will not respond to the presentation, but will take it under advisement.
