PUBLIC SESSION

1.  Opening – 10 minutes

                  a. Call to Order

                  b. Welcome

                  c. Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence

                  d. Public Address to the Windham School Board

The Superintendent will have a sign up sheet for anyone who wishes to speak to the Board. There will be a 3 minute time limit.  The School Board will not respond to the presentation, but will take it under advisement.  School Board may wish to respond to issues raised that are germane to agenda items or under other business items.

                  e. Public Address by Windham School Board Vice Chair, Ed Gallagher.

2.   Booster Club – 5 minutes

Mrs. Beth Lippold, President of the Booster Club will update the Board on the many programs, activities, and events underway this year at Windham High School.

3.   Acceptance of Gifts-5 minutes

Tom Murphy, Principal of Windham High School, will make a brief presentation on two donations to Windham High.

Mrs. Diane Carpenter, representing Windham Endowment, will make a presentation on a gift.

4.   Golden Brook, Center School and Windham Preschool Goals 2010-2011 – 15 minutes

Roxanne Wilson will present the goals for our 3 elementary programs for the 10-11 school year. Building principals will be on hand to provide further detail and support.

5.   Facilities Master Plan Committee-15 minutes

Committee Member Stephanie Wimmer will be addressing the School Board on behalf of the Facility Committee regarding proposed criteria for district facilities.

6.   GAEA Society-10 minutes

Christine Carpenter, School Board Rep, will make a presentation on the various student initiatives arising from the GAEA society group.

7.   DINI(District in need of improvement)-10 minutes

Amanda Lecaroz will be making a presentation to the school board regarding the work of the DINI committee and recommendations going forward.

8.  Other Business – 10 minutes
