Barbara Coish opened the public hearing at 6:50 p.m. regarding RSA 186-C: 18, III. Mrs. Coish noted this was required by the district in order to provide special education services during FY 08 that were unanticipated.  It was further noted that the services provided are eligible for reimbursement in FY 09 pursuant to RSA 186-C: 18, III.  More students requiring services moved into the district than were anticipated.

Mike Hatem questioned if the district will be paying interest on the note.  Mr. Eaton responded by stating the state will pay the interest.

Motion to close public hearing at 8:20 p.m. was made by Beverly Donovan with a 2nd by Mark Brockmeier.  Approved 5-0.
