Update: End of the Year Budget Information

Brian Gallagher updated the Board regarding fund balances at the end of the fiscal year.

Barbara Coish was in support of limiting the transfer of funds to the operational budget to the amount of interest that was garnered as a result of a favorable interest rate on the high school project. After discussion, the following motion was made by Bev Donovan and seconded by Beth Valentine. The Windham School Board hereby authorizes the Office of the Superintendent to transfer and or expense building fund expense obligations to the fiscal year 2005-02006 Windham School District operational budget in an amount not to exceed $500,000 from the unexpended balance of appropriations as of June 30, 2006. Approved 4-1.

Motion to adjourn was made at 6:57 p.m.
