Public Session Minutes

October 10, 2006

The public session began at 9:20PM. All members are still present as well as Dr. Cutler and Brian Gallagher.

The Building Committee charge has been edited by Karl Dubay. The edited charge will be reviewed again on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 by the Building Committee. It will then be given to the School Board for approval.

The format for the Candidates Forum was discussed. Twenty- six individuals have been invited to the meeting on October 17, 2006 at 7:30PM. The Board shall give each candidate two minutes for a statement regarding educational issues. Depending upon the number of candidates who attend, the Board will ask each 1-3 questions. The session with the legislative candidates will last no more than two hours. The Chairman will restrict the speakers to their allotted time limit.

The meeting adjourned at 9:30PM.
