Public Meeting Minutes

October 19, 2006

At 7:05PM, the School Board came out of non-public session. All members, Dr. Cutler, Glenn Davis and five members of the Building Committee were present. The group discussed the edits to the charge for the Building Committee.

A motion was made by Beth Valentine, seconded by Bev Donovan to approve the charge with the following notes-

• Amend the committee membership for accuracy
• Include the responsibility and authority paragraph
• Include the chain of command
• Include $5000 for change orders, with the stipulation that this number may be amended in the future

Vote affirmative 5-0.

At this time (7:35PM) the Board voted to return to non-public session as recorded in a separate document.
