Beth Valentine opened the meeting at 7:07pm.
The purpose of this meeting was to award bids on the following.

Theatrical bid: Glenn recommended the low bidder. Laura asked questions concerning additional lighting.
Bev Donovan, moved; Barbara Coish second to have Harvey Construction award the contract for Theatrical Equipment to Output, Inc of Canton, Ma for the estimated total amount of $218,000. Vote 3-0 unanimous approval.

Roofing Bid: The roof will be gray with welded seams. Glenn recommended the low bidder. Bev Donovan moved, Barbara Coish, second to have Harvey Construction award the contract for roofing to Academy Roofing Corp. of Jaffrey, NH for the estimated sum of  $811,317. ($738,317. with deducts). Vote 3-0 unanimous approval.

Glass and Glazing: Bev Donovan moved; Barbara Coish second to have Harvey Construction award the contract for Glass and Glazing to Pentucket Glass and Aluminum of Haverhill MA for the estimated total cost of $712,909. ($3159. for the trophy case is included in the price) 3-0 vote unanimous affirmative.

Miscellaneous Metals- Glenn recommended the low bidder. Bev Donovan, moved Barbara Coish, second to have Harvey Construction award the contract for Miscellaneous Metals to Lakes Region Steel Design of Concord, NH for the estimated total amount of $306,400. 3-0 vote affirmative unanimous.

Intersection Route 111: Glenn stated that he had just received that day the permit for the intersection work. The permit restricts work from November 15 to April 15, therefore the work will begin after April 15, 2008.  Bev Donovan, moved, Barbara Coish, second to have Harvey Construction award the contract for Route 111 work to Continental Paving Inc.of Londonderry, NH for the estimated total amount of $341, 755. 3-0 vote unanimous affirmative.

To this point 76% of bids have been awarded for site and building.
